For centuries, the artists of Oceania created ritual objects and symbols of power that conferred their own identity on the numerous tribes that lived on its territory.

These people created an art full of contrasts in order to venerate their gods, their ancestors or the spirits of nature. For the first time in Belgium, two hundred works of art from this mysterious region are exhibited to give a clear and attractive insight into the various cultures of Oceania.
